my grandson loves this school we must save it

stephen m. (25th Sep 2007)

i went to that school and without their help and support i doubt i would be the person i am today. my sister and cousins all went to that school and i have another cousin who is still attending. If they close the school it could cause psycological problems for the current pupils being split up from their friendship groups and could cause anxiety and even depression if they do close the school. There is no possible way they could keep the classes together, the school has a brilliant sense of community and friendship and would be a great loss to society in boldon. the school is worth more to the community than a bunch or new shoddily built appartments or over priced houses.

I carried out my placement as part of my college course last year at Boldon Church of England School. This School is fantastic and a credit to the community, I would be devastated like a lot of people if this school had to close.
Please Keep it open.

Dont close my nephews school! He loves it

Charlie T. (25th Sep 2007)

Please don't close my nephews school. The community is very close and they'll be sad if this school closes forever, this will leave an empty feeling for the families and there friends.

Would the value of the land if the school were closed have anything to do with this proposed closure – surely not!
