Please dont close down this very good school because my son's future depends on it.

I previously used to go to this school & now my younger brother's education depends on it. It will be very sad if it shut down.

AS A RESIDENT AND THE LOLLIPOP LADY OF THIS SCHOOL - I AM TOTALLY DEVASTATED AT THE PROPOSAL TO CLOSE THIS EXCELLENT SCHOOL. THIS SCHOOL HAS THE MOST LOVELIEST AND WELL MANNERED CHILDREN THAT YOU COULD EVER HOPE TO MEET, AND THE STAFF ARE SECOND TO NONE. LETS HOPE THESE 'TOPS' PEOPLE HAVE A CHANGE OF HEART - SAVE OUR SCHOOL!!

DAWN H. (13th Oct 2007)

I attended Boldon C of E Primary School some 30 years ago. The high standard of teaching, the fact that the class sizes were relatively small and the real sense of security it provided made for a fantastic experience. I'm sure this is still the case today and to close something that has in the past given young people such a positive start in life, and continues to do so, would be a crime.

THESE SMALL SCHOOLS ARE PART OF PEOPLES LIVES AND ITS UP TO US SMALL PEOPLE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND MAKE THINGS HAPPEN

I STRONGLY DISAGREE WITH ANY PROPOSALS TO CLOSE THIS SCHOOL.

JEFFREY M. (11th Oct 2007)

My daughter Holly is in Year 5/6 and has loved her school since she first started. With such a lovely school coupled with a good track record this would be a disgrace to close it.

Chris P. (10th Oct 2007)

a great shame,a great school,do not close

JULIE P. (10th Oct 2007)

please don`t close the school becouse we need it.

youssef h. (09th Oct 2007)

It is an absolute disgrace that this school should even be considered for closure. Boldon will not be the same without it. The children need the security and education it offers.

Ian D. (06th Oct 2007)

This school has so many memories for me. Its an amazing school and so many good children have came out of it. Although I now live in sunderland I had planned on enrolling my child in it as i cannot find another school that compairs to it!

Nikki H. (04th Oct 2007)

I used to go to this school and it is one of the best..

Michelle French F. (04th Oct 2007)

This is one of the best schools, my 2 daughters and my son attended here, there is no reason to close this. BOLDON C OF E is a brilliant school and should be left alone to carry on the great job they are doing.
SAVE THIS SCHOOL

sheila f. (04th Oct 2007)

DONT SHUT MY OLD SCHOOL!!

Anthony S. (04th Oct 2007)

This is a lovely caring School to close it would be a waste, we need to think of the children and there education being taught in smaller classrooms give S.E.N children a better chance in life.

Jean C. (01st Oct 2007)

MY DAUGHTER HAS JUST MOVED MY GRANSON TO BOLDON C OF E SCHOOL BEFORE HE WAS AT HINDMARCH DRIVE IN A CLASS OF 35 WERE HIS EDUCATION WAS SUFFERING DUE TO LARGE CLASSES. HE ONLY STARTED IN SEPTEMBER AND ALREADY WE CAN SEE A BIG DIFFERENCE NOW HE IS IN A SMALLER CLASS
