I worked at this school for 18 years and think it is a very nice school. The staff are caring and encouraging with the children. These children benefit so much from a smaller school where you get more individual attention

My great nephew Stephen has just started this school and loves it.

My great-grandson attends this school and loves it. It is a family tradition to attend a CofE school.

My grandson Stephen goes to this school and when he rings he tells me how much he enjoys it. How nice the teachers and pupils are.

Smaller classes = more time with teacher = better education!
Why close something that is offering this?

This school should not close because it is a far better school than any others one in West Boldon. Please keep it open

Gary R. (29th Sep 2007)

This school should not be shut. It is the best school in West Boldon. It wouldn't be turned into houses.

Jane R. (29th Sep 2007)

This is one of the best primary schools in the region. Closing this school is an extremely short sighted move. Boldon C of E was my first school.

Our children should not be deprived of such a caring and
efficient school.

I know this school through the community and family members who have attended and worked there. The children from this school are very helpful especially with the elderly. I often enjoy going past on the bus and seeing them playing out.

My great grandaughter went to this school, it is excellent and we need more church schools because the ethos is fantastic and produces better behaved children.
